The property was extremely well maintained. Amazing customer service. Kalila provided exceptional customer service. Upon arrival, she was prompt, thorough with the check in information, and friendly. I shared the purpose of our trip - going to the strong museum and she took the time to tell me about the attractions and how my kids would love it! She was so kind and friendly, talking to her made me feel right at home with friends! She also recommended some restaurants for us to dine! You can tell she e really takes pride in providing excellent customer service as she is definitely a people person. She made our stay go above and beyond exceeding our expectations. We’ve stayed at home2suites in Buffalo, and did not have the same experience unfortunately but we are already booking our next stay at this location later this month.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly! Everyone we met gave us a warm hearted hello with a smile. Loved having the bit of extra space with ability to draw the curtain, after a week staying in a cramped NYC hotel room with 3 kids. Kids said the beds were the most comfy out of the 3 hotels we stayed in over the week and apparently we were all snoring lol. I had a great morning swim, and the breakfast and coffee were delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

We had stayed earlier in the week at a different Home2 Suites in the Rochester area. This one in Greece was far better and we were disappointed that we didn't stay at this one longer. We only stayed at this location because my husband had gotten food poisoning at the other Home2 Suites and we had to extend our vacation for an extra day. It was beautiful, clean, and the breakfast seemed plentiful. We ate at Donuts Delight on our way out of town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The front desk was crowded with a little league team and parents, but the front desk staff member was "with-it" and worked as efficiently and as politely as possible. She was very welcoming and made sure to put us on a high floor so not to have the sound of the running little feet from the excited young guests overhead. We were there to visit family and friends, so the proximity to the airport, highways, and downtown was PERFECT.

We stayed with our 2 kiddos for a weekend getaway. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Although it was the same breakfast every day, at least it was reliable, warm, and good selection, the staff at breakfast were attentive. It was nice that BJ's Wholesale store is right next door. Loved the fire pit at night!
